About the finishes we use
Here at Custom Hardwood Floors by Jeffries we take pride in searching for and offering what we believe to be the best finishes on the market.  The products we offer need to be part of a total system that has been developed especially for hardwood floors.  The companies need to be reputable, have excellent research and development and a technical support team that is readily available to answer tough questions and get involved in the event a problem should arise.  The companies also need to be recognized and in good standings with the NWFA (National Wood Floor Association).  We offer two types of finishes that meet and exceed everything we are looking for.  The first finish is a water based urethane made by Bona. Although Bona offers many finishes we only use the top of their line which is Traffic HD.  The second finish we offer is Rubio Monocoat.  Rubio Monocoat is a hard wax oil system that Colors and protects through molecular bonding.  Click on the different pages to read more about the finishes and the companies behind them.
