These are pictures of the Bennigan’s Restaurant in Mt Pleasant, MI. before, during and after we finished the floors.  The floors were in rough shape from normal traffic in a restaurant environment.  We were asked to clean and recoat the floors while they closed for one day. With a one day turn around we didn’t have time to completely sand, stain and refinish the floors.  Using our power scrubber we were able to remove all the ground in grease and dirt to bring the floors back the original color and add 2 coats of finish with no adhesions problems.
